Diane Thomas-Holladay is the Director of the Labor Education Program at the Institute for Economic Advancement at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In addition to planning and overseeing LEP activities, Diane teaches in a wide variety of areas, including labor and employment law, collective bargaining, arbitration, union leadership, new work systems and worker participation, and popular economics. She also teaches a senior level Labor and Industrial Relations class for the College of Business. She is an associate member of the United Steelworkers, and a past member of the American Federation of Teachers. She has a BA in Humanities-Pre Law and an MA in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University. |

Grainger Ledbetter is a Labor Education Specialist responsible for teaching steward training, collective bargaining, arbitration and effective union leadership. He worked as Executive Director of the Little Rock Classroom Teachers Association, an affiliate of the Arkansas Education Association and the National Education Association. Grainger was elected president of both LRCTA and AEA and served on the executive boards of the National Council of Urban Education Associations and the National Council of State Education Associations. He began his career as an English teacher in the Little Rock School District and has a BA in English and Education from Syracuse University. He is currently an associate member of the United Steelworkers, a member of the National Staff Organization and life member of the AEA. |

Meredith Stepp is a Labor Education Specialist at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and is responsible for teaching steward training, collective bargaining, arbitration, and interest-based problem solving among other topics. Additionally, Meredith is an active member of the Arkansas Coalition on Safety and Health and does frequent trainings on basic safety and health awareness in the workplace. Prior to working for the Labor Education Program, Meredith worked as a researcher for the I.B.E.W. and UNITE HERE. She also worked for Restructuring Associates, Inc., a labor-management consulting firm that specializes in building cooperative relations in unionized workplaces. Meredith has a BA in Political Science from Agnes Scott, and an MS in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is an associate member of the United Steelworkers. |

Randy Wright is a Labor Education Specialist and Deputy Director of the Institute for Economic Advancement at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Randy is responsible for teaching in the areas of steward training, collective bargaining, arbitration, and labor and employment law, including workers' compensation. He was a practicing attorney for nearly 23 years, concentrating in labor and employment, workers' compensation and contract law. He has also worked as a staff attorney for the Arkansas Ethics Commission and as Chief Appeals Referee for the Arkansas Appeals Tribunal, where he handled unemployment benefits appeals. He taught labor law and business law for Webster University and has been actively involved in continuing legal education programs involving civil rights, labor, employment, ethics, administrative law, health law, and related fields. He has frequently been an invited speaker at national seminars on labor law, governmental ethics, civil rights, unemployment, health law, and workers' compensation. He is an associate member of the United Steelworkers. |
