About The Workforce Group

The Workforce Group assists a variety of clients to address the issue of workforce development through the application of a broad range of services including:

• basic workforce survey, data collection, and analysis
• laborshed development and analysis
• workforce policy and research development
• identification and development of workforce “best practices”
• application of ACT WorkKeys data to workforce issues

The Workforce Group is also available to assist in the development of:

• workplace education strategies
• workplace educational materials and curriculum
• program evaluation
• performance improvement consultation

We are also the only Service Center for ACT WorkKeys in the state providing documentation of work skills through job profiling and administration of assessments.
